Summerville, GA (August 28, 2019) – Chattooga County police were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash that took place on Highway 27 in Summerville.
Police did not comment on the circumstances of the accident but have said that it involved a pickup truck and various other vehicles who collided with one another on the highway. The crash took place in front of the Summerville Motel.
Highway 27 was completely closed down in the area at that time. Paramedics and other responders closed the road down so that they could assist multiple parties with injuries.
At this time, the investigation into the circumstances of the crash continues.
