Canton, GA (September 15, 2019) – This morning, authorities and other emergency services responded to the scene of a car accident in the southbound lanes of I-575.
According to police, the crash took place around 10:56 a.m. and caused major delays in the area of the ramp onto I-75. Just one right lane was open, so traffic was edging along slowly while police took a closer look at the crash.
Paramedics were called to the scene of the accident so that they could assist the several injured parties involved in the accident.
The accident investigation is ongoing at this time.
