Atlanta, GA (September 26, 2019) – Atlanta Police were called to the scene of a two-car accident that took place early this morning after rush hour and led to injuries.
Police have not yet commented on the accident, but it appeared as if one vehicle was following another car too closely and struck the rear end. Both vehicles were moved to the right shoulder within a short period of time.
There were extensive delays in the area due to accidents in the early morning, and this contributed to those delays. Emergency vehicles responded to the area, including paramedics to assist those with injuries. We do not know the conditions of those involved at this time.
The investigation into the exact circumstances of the collision is currently ongoing.
