Marietta, GA (September 24, 2019) – Fulton County Police and other responding services assisted at the scene of a car accident involving multiple vehicles this evening.
According to authorities who were dispatched to the scene in Marietta, the accident was a chain-reaction crash that took place in the northbound lanes of the highway. All of the involved vehicles were moved to the right shoulder so that traffic could move through the area.
Paramedics and other services were present at the scene. However, we do not know the extent of the injuries involved or how many were injured. There were severe damages to the vehicles involved as well. Police reported delays in the area for some time.
Though the circumstances of the accident are not yet known, the investigation is taking place at this time.
