Rock Spring, GA (September 8, 2019) – This afternoon, September 8, it was determined that several parties were injured in a three-vehicle crash that took place on Highway 27.
At the time, an ambulance was traveling with lights and its siren on as it drove on southbound Highway 27. A red Dodge Durango and white Mercedes were traveling southbound in the right lane and stopped yielding to the ambulance.
A Buick suddenly slammed into the rear of the Mercedes, pushing it into the Dodge. The Buick then flew up an embankment where it came to a rest. Two people inside the Buick were injured but we do not know how serious these injuries are.
The investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time.
