Sandy Springs, GA – Truck Accident Involving Vehicle on GA-400

Sandy Springs, GA (September 17, 2019) – Around 3 p.m. this afternoon, police responded to the scene of a truck accident involving one passenger vehicle on GA-400.

Sandy Springs Police responded to the scene of the accident, where they found that a truck and passenger vehicle collided in the southbound lanes. The right lane of traffic was blocked, leading to serious delays in the area all the way to I-285.

At the scene of the collision, police discovered a green tractor-trailer had struck the rear-end of a black sedan. The circumstances leading up to the collision are unknown.

Paramedics were present at the scene but we do not know the exact extent of the injuries. At this time, the investigation into the accident continues.
