Talmo, GA (September 9, 2019) – In Hall County, police responded to the scene of a car accident with injuries that took place on Roy Parks Road in Talmo.
Police claim that one person was left deceased due to the accident. The Georgia State Patrol was immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident along with other emergency services.
Police have stated that the crash took place close to the Athens Highway. At the time, a 2010 GMC had been traveling east on the roadway and approaching a stop sign when the driver of the GMC did not stop at the intersection.
Police have said that, for reasons still under investigation, the GMC crashed into a dirt embankment at the intersection.
One person was killed in the accident. Troopers are still investigating the accident and determining if other parties were involved.
